Conference will be held at the Hotel Palace, Sinaia, Romania.

Organizers have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Hotel Palace and Hotel Caraiman http://www.palacesinaia.ro/ .

- 15 rooms at Palace Hotel 4* and 
- 70 rooms at Caraiman Hotel 3* (Hotel Caraiman is at 20 m distance from Hotel Palace and both are situated in center of Sinaia, in “Dimitrie Ghica”garden).

After 01.09.2014 the hotel will no longer guarantee the accommodation booking at these special room rates or the availability of free rooms.

A discount of 10% on above mentioned special room rates is provided in the case of “Early Booking” and payment of the accommodation till 01.08.2014.
